A tangible passion and a natural, genuine warmth, clear-cut ideas and absolute mastery of the craft – with its substantial creativity and deeply human element – are values that you will discover in the artisan workshops scattered around the valley.
The ST.ART – Trentino Crafts Routes Project
The ST.ART ‘Trentino Crafts Routes’ project is an initiative of the Council for Crafts, Cooperation and Transport of the Autonomous Province of Trento in collaboration with CEii Trentino – the European Centre for Enterprise and Innovation.
An afternoon spent with artisans at work in their workshops is a unique opportunity to discover the techniques of the carpenter and wood artist or the secret ingredients used by butchers, confectioners, distillers and master brewers.
Every Friday afternoon from July the 1st to September the 2nd 2011,
the doors to the artisan workshops open to welcome anyone interested in watching the true masters of the skilled crafts at work.
A guided tour will introduce you to the products and producers in the Val di Fiemme who, with pride and passion, will reveal the knowledge and skills that they use every day, which have been handed down from generation to generation and perfected over time.
