Fiemme Vitality Park
NORDIC WALKING PARK This is the first of its kind in Trent
ino, with eighty kilometres of paths including the Alpe Cermis, the Lago di Tesero Cross Country Skiing Centre (which has hosted two editions of the Nordic Skiing World Championships) and the Lavazè Pass.
Generally level or shallowly inclined itineraries explored using the sticks of Nordic Walking to get 90% of your muscles moving without tiring.
10 TRAINING ROUTES from 800-1000 metres to approximately 3 Km in length, where the Nordic Walking technique is explained along the way with the ‘7 steps’ method, illustrating exactly how the sport is conducted correctly.

The Nordic walking book
To deeper analyze the Nordic walking technique and to discover its secrets, we suggest the book “Nordic Walking- walking with sticks”, written by Pino Dellasega, who lives in Val di Fiemme, an instructor and promoter of this activity all around Italy.
The book, sold in all the bookstores and tourist information offices in Val di Fiemme, illustrates the technique of walking with sticks, suggesting easy and amusing exercises accessible to everybody.

Natural Park Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino
The park covers an area of about 197 square kilometers with amazing natural landscapes.
At the visitors centre of Paneveggio you will learn everything about wood’s animals, deers, roes, capercaillies and the big spruce firs forest known, by now, as the “Violins Forest”, for its high quality resonance fir trees used by lutists. In the park there is a naturalistic path with illustrated observation points, while a rich program with excursions, guided visits and workshops will let you discover this unpolluted paradise and get in touch with nature.
