• Three-rooms apartments for 6 persons:
  55 m² - living-room with double sofa-bed - dining-area- kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave oven - double-bedroom - twin-bedded room - toilet, bathtub, hairdryer and washingmachine - 2 covered parking lots.

SUMMER PRICES 2011:

Prices per week per apartment.

• Long stays special: 10% on the second week
• *Advance booking special: for bookings 45 days before the arrival CLUB CARD free (valid from 23.07 to 06.08)
• No minimum stay and arrival free stays in May, June September and October
• Prices include: 7 days rent, heat, electric power, TV LCD, covered parking lot
• Linen excluded: available for 10 Euro per person (bed, bath and kitchen linen) on request when booking.
• The optional CLUB CARD - 25 Euro per Person (3-15 years 10 Euro) per week includes the entrance to the near-by Wellness Centre of Residence Kristall (200mt.) with: Swimming-pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym, excursions with Hotel Ancora's staff in July and August.
• Sauna entrance admitted for over 16-years-old.
• Arrivals from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Your staying ends at 10 a.m. of departure day.
• Pets: allowed on request: 50 Euro.
• Deposit: at arrival guests are asked to pay the remaining amount of the rent and leave a deposit of 100 Euro, which will be given back at departure time if the apartment shows no damage.
